The Hon’ble Union Minister of Communications and Development of North Eastern Region, Shri Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, conferred the prestigious TSDSI Outstanding Technical Contributions (OTC) Awards for the Financial Year 2025–26 in the Valedictory session of the 9th TSDSI Tech Deep Dive (TTDD) 2026 Conference, at Hyatt Regency, New Delhi, on 10 July 2026.
The awards recognise individuals from TSDSI member organisations who have contributed significantly to and/or championed technical activities during the Financial Year, across the two Technical Study Groups of TSDSI, namely, Services & Solutions and Networks Study group.
The recipients of the TSDSI Outstanding Technical Contributions (OTC) Awards for FY 2025–26 are:
- Mr Abhijan Bhattacharyya– Tata Consultancy Services
For the TSDSI Standard on “Multi-user semi-autonomous telerobotics system- QoS aspects” & TSDSI Technical Report on “Framework for AI/ML Operation Splitting in 6G Context”
- Mr Saurabh Khare – Nokia Solutions & Networks India Pvt. Ltd
For TSDSI Technical Report on “Study on Security Enabler for 6G”
- Mr Siddharth Das – Nokia Solutions & Networks India Pvt. Ltd
For the Technical Report “System Requirements for NR-based Future Railways Mobile Communication System”
Congratulating the awardees, the hon’ble Minister remarked that the awardees will, individually, irrespective of their parent organizations, take India’s name forward on the global firmament.
TSDSI congratulates the awardees for their outstanding technical contributions and applauds their continued commitment towards advancing telecom standards through research, innovation, and standards development.
