In order to help in achieving the objectives of developing, promoting and standardizing India-specific Telecom/ICT requirements and solutions, represent Indian requirements in global standards organizations and help create standards-based manufacturing expertise in the country, DoT has announced a financial support scheme for Startups and MSMEs for membership of TSDSI and 3GPP and international travel support to attend 3GPP meetings. The summary of the scheme is given in the table below: –

The full amount of TSDSI membership fees is given on the TSDSI website(here). The rebate based on financial support from DoT mentioned in the table above will be applied on the TSDSI Membership fee.
The 3GPP membership fee for the CY 2026 is INR 11.13 lakh (plus applicable taxes). The organization becoming member of 3GPP will need to pay as follows:-
