TSDSI-Samsung Workshop on “Achieving Leadership in Standards – Enabling Organizational Frameworks”
As part of our 10th anniversary celebrations, TSDSI is launching a series of “Standards Awareness Workshops” in various cities of the country to raise awareness of the crucial role of Standards in innovation and success in today’s digitally driven ecosystem.
The inaugural workshop in this series, titled “Achieving Leadership in Standards – Enabling Organizational Frameworks”, was held at IIIT Bangalore on 9th May 2024, in partnership with Samsung R&D Institute India- Bangalore.
The workshop aimed to encourage companies and R&D organizations establish dedicated internal structures for adoption and contribution to the development of standards. It also acted as an ideation platform to discover locally relevant use cases/topics that have a potential for standardization.
Participants gained invaluable insights into:
- The value proposition of engaging with standards
- Current and future technology trends from a B5G to 6G perspective, covering Networks, Solutions, and Applications
- Overview of TSDSI & Global standards forums’ activities and processes
- Potential areas of engagement with standards.
