TSDSI SDR @ COMSNETS 2024 (January 7, 2024)

TSDSI has been championing standards driven research in India, bridging the gap between Research, IP and Standards. This will help India take a leadership position in the global standards arena and facilitate the monetization of IP. Standards play a crucial role in transforming research being carried out in institutes to be adopted for practical, real world applications. Research & innovation motivates standardization, and standardization of solutions requires further research & innovation, thereby keeping this cycle active.

In alignment with this vision, TSDSI organised the 3rd edition of Standards driven workshop @ COMSNETS 2024 on 7 January 2024 in Bengaluru. The objective of the workshop was to bring together innovative minds who are researching into networking and communication systems for exchanging ideas on topics that have potential for standardized solutions. It also helped to foster a better understanding of the multifaceted benefits that standards can bring about in areas such as AI, Communications, Cloud interoperability and many more.
